Overcoming delivery problems of the questionnaire

Quite a few of you have been in touch to say that, despite being signed up to the Keane mailing list, you haven’t received the link to the keanemusic.com questionnaire. So we’ve decided to post the link to the questionnaire here. Click here to go directly to it.

And, if you’re having problems with receiving emails from us (be it the KWN or the questionnaire), the label have asked us to suggest that you add the following email address to your safe senders list, so that it doesn’t get blocked as junk mail –  do_not_reply@inbound.vice-versa.info

If you are using MSN Hotmail:

1. Click the Options link. You will find this at the top right of your screen

2. Click Junk E-Mail Protection

3. Click Safe Blocked Senders List

4. Type do_not_reply@inbound.vice-versa.info into the box labelled ‘Type an address or domain’

5. Click ‘Add to List’

If you are using Microsoft Outlook:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options

2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail

3. Click the Safe Senders tab

4. Click Add

5. Enter do_not_reply@inbound.vice-versa.info in to the box

6. Click OK
