Exactly! It was 9:59 AM and then it turned 10:00 AM right on the dot .. boom next thing I saw was SOLD OUT. What? How can that be when it wasn't even 10:00 AM !

I live in Los Angeles and have NEVER been able to get their pre-sale tickets. I don't think it really works.
