Hi! I am also waiting for an answer like Nico. I had made my order on the first days of December 2008, and I have no news of them. I emailed all my info 4 times, I sent 3 emails to the new shop (only one was answered), and 7 emails to someone called Jamie Wilson of Tenon Group (i was provided of his mails from Sandbag, the new shop) and I am still waiting for an answer... Somebody here said they got the digital download before the gig at Brighton. That cannot have been the Uk 12 track download as that was not being released till after the last gig at the o2 which i went to. You could buy the 10 track European version for around £7.99, i wish i had now, but so far the 12 track Uk version has not come out as far as i am aware and hopefully will be honoured as stated above.

Where is the digital UK live download ablum, ordered and paid for with my Keane UK tickets? I have e-mailed the link above twice since 17 Feb but the only reply I have received is 2 automated ones saying they will reply to me. Has anybody actually received anything yet? I love Keane and was so much looking forward to re-living the concerts again afterwards by listening to this. Whenever there is a new Keane shop set up I will think very carefully before I order anything from it, in fact I probably wont bother.

Estar en el concierto de Keane fue el mejor regalo de cumpleaños que recibi, aunque cumplo mañana 6 de marzo, pero no importa Keane se adelanto a celebrarlos, la pase de ataque, es el mejor concierto en el que he estado, aun sigo en la luna, recordando paso a paso el concierto, cuando Tom canto Somewhere Only We Know casi me desmayo, senti tanta emoción en mi pecho que por poco no puedo cantarla, Gracias Keane, tu musica me hace muy feliz...... Solo espero que regresen pronto.

My husband and I were at the concert in Bogota last night. We enjoyed every single song. You guys "ROCK!!!". You guys are awesome performers!!! Hope you come back to Colombia soon. We particularly loved the fact that that you made an effort to communicate with the croud in their own language. Shame our 8 year old was not allowed in. Congratulations! Trinity's ticket management for the UK tour was a total disaster! I ordered and paid in September, but had to get the tickets myself at the venue. And not a single word of excuse from them. It's good that the collaboration with Trinity has come to an end right after the tour.

Hurrah! I knew that the poor service I received recently at the hands of Trinity Street could not have been sanctioned by Keane, and that we have all been let down by the web shop providers. I think you should opt for in house next time. xxx

Okay - if this closure is down to the recession then Im sorry for the people who worked there and are now out of a job.... on the other hand - if its down to their incompetence, then it really is their own doing. I really hope everyone gets their outstanding orders and can I join the others in saying "Bring Back SANDBAG" They were always great with very nice people on the phones...

Please bring Sandbag back. They really cared about the fans and the service they provided. I think the fact Trinity have ceased trading says it all about the service they provided. My recent experience with them in relation to my O2 tickets was a shambles.
